Victoria has spent the majority of her career helping startups and lean growth teams scale from the ground up. Her expertise lies in leveraging data-driven methods to extract actionable insights and using growth marketing frameworks to ensure sustainable and measurable growth impact. Typically, she’s been a part of small, agile Growth teams as one of the first hires. She understands how to navigate through ambiguity – building processes from scratch and creating blueprints for growth and retention.

She has broad experience ranging from ecommerce, gaming ,and most recently Web3. Nowadays, Victoria leads User Acquisition at Decentral Games, one of the leading Web3 games within the Polygon ecosystem.
