Katy works with DTC and B2B start-ups from Seed-Series C+ as an advisor, consultant, and fractional CMO. She has experience leading marketing teams from the Fortune 500 to early-stage start-ups across consumer internet, consumer packaged goods, and digital health businesses. Most recently, Katy served as Chief Marketing Officer at Calibrate, a Series B digital health company, where she joined as the first marketing hire and built out growth, product marketing, brand marketing, communications, content, and creative functions. Prior to Calibrate, Katy held senior growth and brand marketing roles at Harry’s and Pattern Brands. She also co-founded Kraft Heinz’s brand incubator, Springboard, where she built, invested in, and acquired food and beverage brands. Katy started her career as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA, summa cum laude, from Columbia University.
