In order for a referral reward to be due to you, the referred candidate or company must not have been previously referred or otherwise sourced by Ruckus through other means. Referred candidates must be hired for a full-time role within one year of the referral date. Referred companies must hire for a full-time role within one year of the referral date. Referral rewards will be paid out once Ruckus has been paid in full and the hired candidate has reached their employment guarantee date (usually 30-90 days).
