Rebecca Prusinowski is a brand leader whose areas of expertise include commerce, content and communications. She has experience across lifestyle categories ranging from home and hospitality to CPG and celebrity.
A versatile writer with an acute understanding of the zeitgeist and digital landscape, Rebecca knows how to develop a community, build engagement, convert and retain customers. Having worked at several early stage start-ups, she is accustomed to – and very adept at – wearing many hats while keeping things running smoothly. She is fastidiously organized with a passion for arts, culture and design – and several of the companies she’s worked for have been acquired through successful exits.
Rebecca was the fourth employee at direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand, Parachute Home, where she worked for four years. In 2018, Rebecca was recruited by Sequoia Capital to launch KonMari, Marie Kondo’s empire, catapulting the author from tidying expert to global phenomenon and leading the brand across entertainment, book publishing, e-commerce, digital content and a consultant program. She most recently graduated from the Founders-in-Residence program at M13, a renowned early-stage consumer tech venture capital firm, where she continues to serve as a CPG portfolio advisor.
