Katie McPhee is a fractional CMO and growth consultant who helps category disrupting organizations launch and scale. With experience across seed stage startups, scaleups through to mature organizations, Katie specialises in integrating cross functional, multi channel growth strategy with customer centric brand positioning, to drive efficient and scalable growth for B2B and B2B2C products and marketplaces.
Katie played a key role scaling Eventbrite’s European business up till and following its 2018 IPO, growing then heading up its European marketing org. Katie then launched and led the national roll out of Karshare – a UK peer to peer car sharing platform, across 6 cities in 12 months. Most recently Katie has been growing climate tech startup Sust Global, owning all aspects of growth, brand and demand generation. Prior to Eventbrite Katie was in corporate communications at the BBC.
