Julia Lee is a demonstrated growth leader with experience in growth strategy and execution at early and growth-stage startups. She has a deep understanding of paid digital, especially paid social as well as experience building and optimizing email marketing programs to drive retention. Julia worked at Credit Karma, Away and Thinx before joining Brightland, the conscious and fast growing company elevating extra virgin olive oil, as Head of Growth in 2020.

No matter the product or company stage, Julia is able to strategize and execute while planning for sustainable long-term growth. She is a passionate customer advocate who believes in the importance of understanding the customer, their problems, and the messages they respond to. Julia believes a healthy mix of data and qualitative observations are necessary to get the full picture and craft the ideal customer journey.
