She has a deep understanding of paid digital, especially paid social as well as experience building and optimizing email marketing programs to drive retention. Julia worked at Credit Karma, Away and Thinx before joining Brightland, the conscious and fast growing company elevating extra virgin olive oil, as Head of Growth in 2020.
