Before joining PAVOI as Sr. Director of Ecommerce, Dannika was the Director of Ecommerce at BeautyBio. There she was responsible for the creation, development and execution of all SEM, SEO, affiliate, re-messaging and new acquisition retention programs to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
