As the first CMO at Care Access — a mission-driven healthcare startup democratizing access to clinical research trials — Andrew focused on scaling growth, audience marketing, brand, communications, insights, and content functions while building a team to support the company’s global multi-audience focus and delivering the company’s first major patient enrollment campaigns.

For 8 years prior Andrew served as SVP, Head of Brand and Chief Creative Officer at where he led a team of 33 that produced breakthrough creative and storytelling campaigns, developed long term positioning and strategy, built strong organic and paid social engagement, and drove exponential audience growth (18M UUs > 92M UUs over his tenure), receiving Comscore’s designation as the fastest growing brand in digital real estate while tripling revenue to $600M during that time.

Andrew’s career has also included time at Yahoo in global consumer marketing, 8 years leading early influencer and word-of-mouth marketing agency Ammo Marketing through its acquisition by Dentsu Aegis, and the creative team that built the original
