Melissa Tran is a seasoned Startup Operator with expansive experience in leadership and operations. Formerly VP of Operations and a Founding Team Member at GuavaPass until their acquisition by ClassPass in 2019, Melissa also spent a year as our VP of Operations here at Ruckus before stepping into an Advisory role. Today, her focus is on building business and operation models, growth and new market expansion, and operational infrastructure and team build-out.
