Role Responsibilities:

  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Develop our demand generation campaign strategy to drive new business, as well as expanding our existing customer end-to-end
  • Work collaboratively to build, inspire, manage and grow a high-performing team
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives

Job requirements:

  • 5-10+ years experience in roles of increasing responsibility, managing EUR 10 – 100m in revenue pipeline in high-growth companies; current or previous Head title
  • Experience in running a team of 5 – 10 specialized members
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful multi-channel campaigns across ABM, LinkedIn, Display, SEA and SEO
  • Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, web analytics, etc.
  • Fluency in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize them
  • Experience with digital and non-digital demand gen tactics
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
