But the existing weight loss industry focuses on shame – if you don’t have the willpower to eat less and workout more, you aren’t trying hard enough.

Role Responsibilities:

What you’ll do.

  • Lead full-funnel growth marketing strategy, including acquisition, product marketing, SEO, and CRM/lifecycle
  • Oversee marketing campaigns using owned, paid, and earned acquisition channels to reach potential subscribers, primarily focusing on attributable performance marketing channels.
  • Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing, passionate team of marketers
  • Work cross-functionally with product, brand, and partnerships teams to ensure there is a cohesive strategy
  • Work with analytics to perform campaign management, tracking and measurement of all conversion-based campaigns.
  • Partner with leadership to set quarterly and annual acquisition goals and budgets for the organization.
  • Manage and report on progress to the leadership team on an ongoing basis.
  • Own multi-million dollar marketing budget

Job requirements:

What you’ll bring.​

  • 8+ years of B2C acquisition marketing with deep experience across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Experience with telemedicine, healthcare, and/or high-consideration products or services a plus
  • Willingness to think creatively, outside the box, to achieve growth goals
  • A global mindset and collaborative approach; comfortable working cross-functionally with member experience, product, engineering, analytics and finance teams.
  • Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive results, scaling as the company grows.
  • Balanced leadership style – a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought, ability to set a clear vision, and the willingness to be hands-on and lead by example.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
