This opportunity will allow you to help shape the flourishing $30B global floral market, impacting how existing and future customers connect with Venus et Fleur’s luxury goods.
We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to drive efficient processes which result in the highest quality experience for our customers. You have a demonstrated history of successful supply chain and operations management, leading teams to prioritize safety and compliance while meeting and exceeding operational targets. A background in manufacturing or working with raw materials is preferred, as product assembly happens in our warehouses.
We have a strong omni-channel presence (e-commerce, wholesale, and owned retail) with seasonal peaks due to demand for our celeb-favorite products, so similar experience is preferred. This person will report directly to the COO, and play a crucial role in optimizing global manufacturing operations as we continue to grow the business and expand into new product categories, like luxury home goods.
