Hone is looking for a Product Growth Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for executing optimization efforts to improve user experience and maximizing rates across traffic sources. Role Responsibilities:

  • Build flywheels geared to monetize on 700K+ organic monthly user
  • Strong bonus if you’ve successfully monetized large amounts of blog traffic before
  • Execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance
  • Coordinate and collaborate cross-departmentally with the Marketing/Content, Engineering and Customer Support teams to plan and execute A/B Testing Roadmap
  • Advocate user-centered design methodologies and incorporate qualitative and quantitative research findings to enhance optimization tests
  • Interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results to positively impact customer experience, rates, future web developments and further testing iterations
  • Create and maintain the Playbook of best practices and documentation
  • Study users and user behaviour to identify new opportunities to improve
  • Have full ownership and accountability for successful execution of testing projects

Job requirements:

  • 6+ year of optimization experience, ideally in a start-up environment (performance marketing or data analytics a plus)
  • Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of data analytics, UX research, UX design, and front-end development
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Organized multitasker
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
