Role Responsibilities:

You will manage the paid search marketing and the large annual budget of over $20M per year. To ensure success as a paid search specialist, you should be experienced at designing, buying, and managing paid search marketing campaigns. You should be confident in your ability to oversee the complete operations of a vertical. 

The role reports directly to the Senior Manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and managing search engine marketing campaigns: day-to-day management of geo-targeted campaigns with an emphasis on driving high-quality users to support aggressive growth goals within CAC tolerance
  • Influence every piece of the funnel throughout the buyer journey including keywords, copy, and landing pages
  • design and run A/B tests to drive key customer insights and optimize a users’ journey while reporting on the true incremental impact of campaigns
  • Obsess over the tracking and measurement of conversion effectiveness, including marketing attribution and ROI of marketing spend
  • Ensuring the organization’s goals and objectives are met.
  • Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising.
  • Working alongside a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, and web developers.
  • Performing detailed keyword research and customer trends.
  • Monitoring clicks, redirects, and bounce rates.
  • Generating heatmaps to analyze consumer behavior on the website
  • Suggesting improvement in the marketing campaign and make necessary changes if required.
  • Optimizing the landing pages along with the Web Development Team.
  • Preparing SEM reports on a monthly basis and presenting it.
  • Staying up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in managing paid search campaigns at either an agency or in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Experience with 6 figures budget in monthly adspend 
  • Ability to think locally
  • Obsessed with analytics and understand data and how to use it effectively
  • Demonstrate familiarity with A/B testing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
