We’re building a brand new category in the hospitality industry, redefining what it means to be a guest by offering day access to luxury hotel experiences, like breathtaking pools, private beaches, deluxe spas, and much more, so that people can escape–without leaving town.

Our growing team of innovative tech and hospitality experts has so far partnered with more than 900 leading hotels and resorts including Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Westin and Fairmont. We’ve connected over 1.6 million people with relaxation and luxury in their own neighborhoods, making rest more mindful, togetherness more meaningful, and escape more accessible. We are looking for a Business Development leader to focus on bringing on new Corporate and Brand partnerships to lead the function and build the team.

Head of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, ResortPass

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build the business development function from scratch – leading strategy, evaluating inbound requests, and hiring a team
  • Lead strategic conversations with potential corporate distribution partners and be responsible for end-to-end partner integration
  • Identify opportunities to develop partnerships with brand partners for the purpose of B2C awareness
  • Drive new customer growth and brand awareness metrics through these partnerships
  • Build and lead a team of highly motivated and capable BD professionals
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire partner integration process (marketing, engineering, product)
  • Report learnings, obstacles, and forward-thinking strategies to the executive team

Job requirements:

  • 7+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or similar
  • Experience structuring distribution deals with corporate partners such as OTAs or credit card companies
  • Experience leading technical integrations
  • Organized, accountable, professional, and excels in a fast-paced environment
  • High EQ and ability to build a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
  • Experience working in travel, high-growth marketplace, or consumer services company is a plus
