Each personal hand-delivery or shipment from Venus et Fleur arrives opulently encased in a Parisian-inspired keepsake hatbox. The result is an elegant and thoroughly modern presentation that speaks to a highly discerning design aesthetic.
Venus et Fleur is seeking a Head of Merchandising to continue to drive innovation for VEF as the category originator and leader. You will not only oversee merchandising for our core floral business, but also our newly-launched home category as well (and possibly more to come). You have a passion for luxury, and have deep experience in luxury goods, gifting, and/or home categories. We have a strong omni-channel presence (e-commerce, wholesale, and owned retail), so experience in this environment is preferred. This role reports directly to the founders, so a self-starter, strategic thinker with a can-do attitude will succeed in this role.
