Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full funnel marketing efforts including acquisition, retention, and sales
  • Define customer segments and strategize innovative ways to target them
  • Deliver the right content to the right person at the right time by implementing rigorous multivariate testing across segments to drive insights and best practices across channels
  • Further build out the growth marketing team
  • Own cohort model to predict and report out on KPIs

Job requirements:

  • 10+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing and retention
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, attribution, how various channels interplay with one another
  • Prior experience working within email platforms, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working on products with complex customer journeys is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills: expert in excel, Google Analytics, Looker and fluency in filtering, structuring, and presenting data
  • Excellent managerial and mentorship skills
  • Ability to thrive in a in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for problem-solving
