Role Responsibilities:

Your purpose is to catalyze audience growth for Ten Percent Happier through urgently driving strategic partnerships that make potential subscribers aware of our brand and product offering, and convert them to subscribers.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Spearhead the strategic vision and roadmap for partnerships, developing cross-channel plans that leverage insights to craft compelling narratives.

Subscriber Growth: Ensure that our partnerships strategy drives efficient subscriber growth. This includes activities that introduce us to new audiences, as well as touchpoints introducing compelling messaging about products, features, and opportunities to engage with the product.

Measurement & Forecasting: Measure results across media properties, consumer touch-points, and emerging platforms.

Partnership Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities and cultivating relationships, to negotiating agreements and executing activations across CRM, in- app, social media, live events and more, while fostering strong internal and external collaboration.

Brand Comms Support via Partnerships: Develop and execute innovative partnerships that bring brand storytelling and content strategies to life and drive audience growth.

Team Leadership & Operations: Lead partnership operations within the marketing team. Start as an independent contributor with support from marketing leadership, CRM and creative team, and over time build, lead, and inspire a high-performing partnerships team. Build relationships with key collaborators to identify partnership opportunities and engage team’s towards a unified vision and execution.

 

Job requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in driving growth through strategic partnerships, particularly in subscriber or direct-to-consumer acquisition.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, influencers, brand to brand partnerships, and/or B2B.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, translating them into actionable steps for the team.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer insights, competitive analysis, and partnership performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaborations and teams to achieve success.

We’ll provide you with a competitive compensation package with equity. The comp band for this director level role is 145k-210k and where you will place within the band depends on experience and skill level.
You’ll be eligible for our full benefits package including traditional benefits like health and dental insurance as well as non-traditional benefits benefits like a stipend for growth and development.
We’ll support your work from home set-up with a $1,000 stipend.
