We’ve connected over 1.6 million people with relaxation and luxury in their own neighborhoods, making rest more mindful, togetherness more meaningful, and escape more accessible. Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-funnel marketing efforts including brand, creative, performance marketing, and retention
  • Plan and execute a strong plan for demand growth 
  • Develop a strong brand narrative and voice
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing, motivated team

Job requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles 
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of brand and performance marketing, and how the two work together
  • Exceptional data skills: fluency across marketing and financial metrics 
  • High EQ and ability to build a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
