Eva Schoenleitner

Eva Schönleitner is a Senior Executive business leader in the B2B software and operational technology / industrial segments. Her expertise lies in the areas of commercialization, international expansion, and digitalization spanning the functions of Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Marketing to Product Strategy.

Throughout her 20-year career, Eva has held executive roles at global IT and OT companies in North America and Europe. In her last role Eva was CEO and President of Crate.io , a deep-tech scale-up company offering database technologies for real-time and big data challenges. As turn-around CEO she transformed the company to compete in the global marketplace and readied it for long-term growth. Prior roles include Vice President of the digital ecosystem at ABB, Vice President of Product Strategy and Product Marketing at Sage Software in North America, as well as an 11-year tenure at Microsoft in global and regional roles in sales, channel, and product groups.

Eva now collaborates with VC and PE firms to advise technology and OT companies,  operates as interim CXO, and serves on boards as non-executive director in Europe and North America.
