Now, Taplytic and DevCycle are looking for a VP of Marketing to help develop and own the marketing strategy for both companies. You would help to support awareness and deliver qualified opportunities at Taplytics, while implementing marketing strategies at DevCycle from the ground up.

Taplytics and DevCycle Leadership

Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will develop and own our marketing strategy to support awareness and demand generation objectives to deliver qualified opportunities to our sales pipeline.  

How you’ll make a huge impact:

  • Owning the strategy and execution of all engagement channels to drive growth and revenue.
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) by channel, drive pipeline, and measuring growth to ensure the success of ongoing integrated campaigns.
  • Driving leads, opportunities, and pipeline for Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, and Self-Serve segments.
  • Executing integrated, cross-channel campaigns with creative approaches to brand awareness, lead acquisition, and retargeting to maximize investments and drive additional pipeline. Sharing findings with the team and improving the demand creation process.
  • Developing multi-touch, omni-channel strategies for targeted audiences defined by various criteria (sales segment, region, industry, etc.) to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
  • Innovating with new design and copy concepts to test across channels and platforms that align with Taplytics and DevCycle’s brand, positioning, and messaging.
  • Managing our vendors for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and other third-party advertisers.

Job requirements:

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience building and mentoring teams
  • Proven track record of demonstrating positive ROI from paid advertising budgets all the way to closed-won revenue.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on ROAS as a key metric.
  • Proficiency in analytical insights and reporting.
  • Experience managing paid advertising budgets to meet lead, opportunity, and/or pipeline goals.
  • Creative thinker willing to test big ideas and apply learnings to future campaigns.
