Since 2015 we’ve grown into a profitable bootstrapped business with a strong ecommerce presence and 9 retail locations that will grow to 15 in 2023. This opportunity will allow you to help shape the growing $30B floral market, impacting how existing and future customers connect with Venus et Fleur’s luxury goods. In this role you will have the tremendous opportunity to build a B2B business from the ground up – identifying key industries and partners and building out selling opportunities in multiple verticals.
Venus et Fleur is a boutique gifting and flower delivery company that combines the romantic tradition of sending flowers with exceptionally stylish design. We specialize in lush, customizable precision arrangements of real flowers that maintain freshness for over a year and are currently expanding into the luxury home goods category – and this is just the beginning.
We are looking for a results-oriented Head of Sales who will establish and own our product distribution partnerships business. You’ll define the next era of Venus et Fleur by developing a B2B business with a massive upside, working closely with our founders and reporting to a sales consultant who specializes in building sales arms.
