We’re building a brand new category in the hospitality industry, redefining what it means to be a guest by offering day access to luxury hotel experiences, like breathtaking pools, private beaches, deluxe spas, and much more, so that people can escape–without leaving town.

Our growing team of innovative tech and hospitality experts has so far partnered with more than 900 leading hotels and resorts including Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Westin and Fairmont. We’ve connected over 1.6 million people with relaxation and luxury in their own neighborhoods, making rest more mindful, togetherness more meaningful, and escape more accessible. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand and Integrated Marketing to lead our brand and integrated marketing campaign strategy and oversee our integrated calendar and execution.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to bring strategic marketing plans, innovative campaigns and initiatives to life across all channels, with a focus on e-commerce, brand, and partnerships
  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars across, leading the development of integrated channel plans, and cascading go-live dates and scheduling shifts to cross-functional teams in a timely manner
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with sales, business development, design and product to support and participate in product strategy & marketing initiatives
  • Guide the end-to-end milestone process grounded in driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience
  • Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans

Job requirements:

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of related experience, marketplace experience is a plus
  • You have strong strategic and creative thinking coupled with a passion for storytelling
  • You are customer-obsessed with a hunger to bring best-in-class marketing initiatives to life
  • You are solution- and results-oriented, and use data to measure success, iterate, and optimize
  • You’re a curious and resourceful self-starter, with an ability to solve problems and seek new information
  • You’re extremely organized and adept at creating (and sticking to!) timelines and driving best practices around process
  • You’re detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • You’re proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, & Slack
  • You’re a team player with a “no task is too small” attitude
  • You’re passionate about building a category-leading brand
