In this role you will have the tremendous opportunity to join a business development team that is responsible for managing Venus Et Fleur’s B2B sales efforts and growth. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all strategic operational processes and resources to achieve and maintain operational excellence as we rapidly scale.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will oversee sales and business development operations. The Sales Operations Manager will report into the Director of Business Development and will work cross functionally with key parts of the business, including Marketing, Product Development, and Ecommerce. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.
