Meet ResortPass:

ResortPass is the leading booking platform for day access to hotels and resorts. On the ResortPass platform, local and traveling day guests can book amenities and workspaces at hotels, without an overnight stay. We are proud to have over 600 hotel partners in 200 cities, and growing rapidly. Our partner properties include top brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Omni, Kimpton, Fairmont, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and many more.

We are looking for our first marketing leader to set the strategic vision for the marketing and growth organization.  You will build, lead and mentor a team of strong performers across brand, creative, performance marketing, and retention.

ResortPass Leadership

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-funnel marketing efforts including brand, creative, performance marketing, and retention
  • Plan and execute a strong plan for demand growth 
  • Develop a strong brand narrative and voice
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing, motivated team

Job requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles 
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of brand and performance marketing, and how the two work together
  • Exceptional data skills: fluency across marketing and financial metrics 
  • High EQ and ability to build a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
