WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer and revenue growth, engagement and loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our lifecycle and engagement marketing strategy, including developing personalized campaigns (including but not limited to: email, push, SMS), measuring and optimizing results, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure success. You will also be responsible for developing and launching a membership/loyalty program which will be core to the ResortPass business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own strategy across email, SMS, app, and push notifications
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement and high LTV
  • Build automated and personalized CRM capabilities and ensure flawless execution
  • Develop a culture of constant test & learn and measurement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing
  • Hire and mentor a strong team

Job requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM/engagement marketing
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns with a strong focus on growth
  • Experience building a personalization engine
  • Working knowledge of Iterable & Looker a plus
  • Experience building/developing a loyalty program a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and development skills
  • Experience with marketplaces and apps a plus
