We are looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer and revenue growth, engagement and loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our lifecycle and engagement marketing strategy, including developing personalized campaigns (including but not limited to: email, push, SMS), measuring and optimizing results, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure success. You will also be responsible for developing and launching a membership/loyalty program which will be core to the ResortPass business.
