Senior Product Manager | Minded

Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Product, the Engineering Manager will:

  • Build and foster a positive engineering culture and achieve alignment and engagement around measurable goals
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to scale the business with technology​
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop the long-term business strategy, budget and feature roadmap
  • Work directly with senior and principal engineers to define the architectural roadmap
  • Scale team, process and systems to support the company’s aggressive growth plans
  • Manage a team of 6 engineers. The ideal candidate should be able to speak to experience managing at least 3 Engineers

Job requirements:

  • Coach player mentality
  • You have managed & scaled your engineering team during hyper-growth periods
  • You have strong team-building and leadership skills
  • You understand how to navigate expectations and needs between engineering, product, tech and rest of the business
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare is a plus
