We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our DTC & Digital Accelerator Center of Excellence as a DTC Growth Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth, be highly analytical, enjoy working with lots of growing companies, and have a strong understanding of the DTC landscape. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in high growth direct-to-consumer businesses including experience with marketing mix optimization, analytics and customer acquisition. The candidate will have strong strategic and project management expertise as well as a hands-on ability to implement tactical initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DTC marketing programs with portfolio companies and investment teams including owning website, ecommerce partnerships, AMZN and other marketplaces, paid/affiliate, social, referral and other solutions tailored to each of the companies and their customers
  • Advance and execute strategies to drive traffic and conversion across a wide variety of companies with completely different products, economics, audiences, and price points
  • Perform customer segmentation and analysis to help portfolio companies to develop content and messaging to capture high value customers; understand the customer journey and voice and help companies ensure marketing programs are aligned
  • Identify, scope and measure outside experts or agencies, including AMZN consultants, digital agencies, media agencies, affiliate marketing partners, creative and other marketing resources to implement optimal partnerships that help drive sustainable EBITDA growth for businesses
  • Analyze data to inform and optimize acquisition, retention, and conversion initiatives
  • Be deeply rooted in the most important digital-first Customer Acquisition platforms: Paid Search, Paid Social, OTT, SEO, Affiliate and Influencer marketing etc.
  • Get in the weeds where needed, dive into the platforms to help offer detailed feedback on how to improve program performance.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or e-commerce role
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
  • A proven track record of optimizing marketing performance in DTC growth environment utilizing various tools, channels and partnerships to accelerate growth and drive overall financial results
  • Strong expertise in some and familiarity with many DTC marketing channels
  • Familiarity with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams. You should enjoy having a lot of stakeholders, and not just being heads-down
  • Must have the ability to quickly assimilate into the culture of the portfolio companies and work constructively as a business partner with leadership teams to drive impactful change
  • Demonstrate the highest possible ethical standards, honesty, accountability, charity and integrity
