This role specializes in Paid Acquisition and will work closely with Ecommerce, Retail & International Sales, Healthcare and CX teams. The role reports to VP of Marketing & DTC.

Cubii Leadership

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and maintain a winning performance-driven marketing strategy
  • Manage paid customer acquisition channels, including digital channels (paid social, display, affiliates, etc.) and offline channels (TV, direct mail, print, radio/podcast); manage monthly budget and drive ROAS & audience quality
  • Expand Cubii marketing mix to drive both awareness and conversion
  • Establish an omnichannel ROAS mindset with the team, regularly tracking KPIs and continually improving performance
  • Build forecasts and predict marketing channel performance using cohort analyses
  • Develop the company’s viewpoint on channel attribution and appropriate ways to measure performance of channels
  • Champion an omnichannel view on the marketing team. Have an in-depth understanding of the consumer marketing journey and touchpoints
  • Partner with Creative to run an always-on creative testing agenda across all channels and get data-driven insights on messaging and visual design
  • Co-manage the marketing tech stack for the business, and partner with Engineering
  • Maintain and optimize relationships with key marketing agencies & partners

Job requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of experience managing a broad set of customer acquisition channels (including but not limited to paid social, paid search, direct mail, DRTV, Display, Amazon ads etc.)
  • Strongly preferred experience in omni-channel marketing for DTC consumer products
  • Experience with building end-to-end consumer journeys and setting performance metrics for all touch points
  • Sharp analytical capability; unbiased and clean analyses; rigorous data-driven mindset
  • Ability to develop deep collaborative relationships across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated skills in managing complexity, providing strategic insight, and executional excellence
  • Experience with growth concepts such as marketing funnels, A/B testing and LTV
  • Agility to flex between day-to-day reactive work and long-term strategy work
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ opinions and prioritize
  • Customer empathy and the ability to walk in the shoes of a consumer, driving creative and messaging strategy for channels
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to motivate others
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
