This opportunity will allow you to help shape the growing $30B global floral market, impacting how existing and future customers connect with Venus et Fleur’s luxury goods.

Venus et Fleur is a bespoke rose atelier that combines the romantic tradition of sending flowers with exceptionally stylish design. We specialize in lush, customizable precision arrangements of real flowers that maintain freshness for over a year. All of our arrangements are uniquely handmade by our in-house designers. The result is an elegant and thoroughly modern presentation that speaks to a highly discerning design aesthetic. 

We are looking for a brand-minded Chief Marketing Officer who will craft thoughtful narratives that captivate current and future Venus et Fleur customers. You’ll define the next era of Venus et Fleur by creating innovative brand strategies and omnichannel campaigns including digital, retail, OOH, and experiential. Moreover, you’ll create and implement processes and organizational structures to ensure brand cohesion throughout product launches, international expansion, and more.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead a full marketing team inclusive of brand, PR, creative, social media, content/SEO, growth, and CRM
  • Develop and build a cohesive brand voice and image through beautiful creative and storytelling
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and structural processes to guide organization-wide impact and meet topline business needs
  • Guide an innovative brand evolution through market and consumer insights, driving increased awareness, acquisition, retention, and loyalty
  • Establish a first class multi-channel customer experience – both online and in-store
  • You will own the full-scale marketing calendar through product launches, evergreen, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring strategies align with overall business priorities

Job requirements:

  • Prior leadership experience and deep expertise in brand, marketing, ecommerce and retail
  • Proven brand management and leadership at a premium ecommerce brand – omni-channel experience a plus
  • Knowledge of luxury consumer goods market and functional areas of international expansion preferred
  • Expert organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills when determining how to best achieve cross-functional KPIs and solve market challenges
  • An eye for style and a mind for compelling storytelling and norm-challenging creativity
  • Leadership style that is engaging and supportive of a diversity of thought, experiences, and approaches to creativity
