Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing function as the right hand to the CEO in support of their expanding regional retail business with full P&L responsibility
  • Drive brand awareness to continue to make Ever/Body a premier   destination for self-care, ultimately driving new user acquisition
  • Lead performance marketing, with an immediate focus on influencer marketing and social media marketing
  • Own CRM marketing and loyalty programs to maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Lead and develop a nimble and high-performing team, serving as a player-coach

Job requirements:

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven ability to drive a cohesive marketing strategy, and implement full-funnel marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated history of building or scaling premium beloved brands
  • Passion for the beauty and wellness space and relevant market knowledge; local services and retail experience is a plus
  • A willingness to lead in a hands-on capacity, with a robust data-driven process
  • A self-starter mindset and a collaborative working style
